Both Settling tanks have been cleaned primed/undercoated and pressure tested (3 times!!!) before the installation process began. Taken on 10th August 2008
The floor had been cleaned well and painted by Martin Harris by August 10th 2008
This space has been scraped/cleaned/hoovered/primed/undercoated/top coated and the radiator fan assembly stripped and received the same attention. With the exhausters requiring servicing and a lick of paint before re-commisioning later this year. Taken 13th August 2008
T&H Engineering (the folk who were contracted to build the new tanks) were conducting some final drilling on the front feet before installation. Taken 13th August 2008
After nearly two hours of sweating/cursing/shouting and tea drinking both tanks were at least in there rightful homes. taken 13th August 2008
This is something that has taken since October 2007 to achieve. A leak proof settling tank...... once the pipework is refitted and the tank secured the radiator frame shall be added and the exhauster refitted/piped up and serviced as well. Taken 13th August 2008
